端午節在傳統上為紀念春秋戰國時代的屈原，因其忠言不為當時君主採納，最後投汨羅江自盡已表明心志。相傳當時江邊居民，因不忍如此忠臣屍體被魚喫食，做肉粽投江以餵飽魚兒。明信片內以肉粽及葉片為意象構成視覺主體，特殊字型端午，加強設計感。詩詞摘自屈原所著之《離騷》詞，而經文則為勉勵奔跑賽程者，為取得獎賞而努力。
 
(The Dragon Boat Festival traditionally commemorates Qu Yuan, a man from the Spring and Autumn Period and the Warring States Period. His loyal advice was not adopted by the monarch at that time, and he finally committed suicide by throwing himself into the Miluo River. According to legend, the residents on the riverside at that time, because they could not bear the corpse of such a loyal minister to be eaten by fish, made meat rice dumplings and threw them into the river to feed the fish. The postcard uses meat dumplings and leaves as images to form the visual subject, and the special font Dragon Boat Festival enhances the sense of design. The poem is taken from "Li Sao" written by Qu Yuan, and the text encourages those who run the race to work hard for the reward.)
